This data is requested by our website whenever your approval is necessary to move forward (e.g. asking for permission for the use of cookies when you visit our site, asking for your payment details when you buy, etc).

No one outside of AIProfilePic.art will obtain your private information unless you expressly allow us to. If we do want to share your details with an external source outside of these three categories, we will always ask you for authorization first.

5. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as it is needed to provide our services. Once your order has been processed, we delete your generated photos along with your uploaded data within 10 days maximum. This is to give you chance to download your generated pic, videos, or media. After that all your photos are wiped out of our system.

If you wish to no longer use our services (e.g. by specifically requesting us to erase it), all personal identifiable information will be wiped out within 14 days.
